In addition to activities such as the Longevity Check-up, Mindful Lunch, Guided Relaxation with Binaural Waves, and Nature Therapy, each day includes:
- Daily entrance (3 hours) to the traditional Varsana SPA route and beauty treatments designed to relax the body and mind.
- A physical activity plan with daily yoga or Pilates sessions and biowalks in the beautiful nature surrounding the resort.
- Lunch and dinner at Ginkgo Longevity Restaurant with a menu designed by Dr. Acquaviva. The anti-inflammatory, low-FODMAP, gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-carb options are also suitable for ketogenic or vegan diets.
